After confirming availability via phone, please fill out the following information to register for ANY overnight stay, class or special event at Memories in the Making . Each registrant must fill out and submit their own form. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

When we process your registration, we will send you an e-mail confirmation and, if time allows, we will follow up by mailing you a registration package within 7 days.

Payment Terms: B&B reservations will be held with a Visa, Mastercard or Discover Card. A nonrefundable deposit of $75 for retreats and extended rentals or full payment for one-day special events is required with your registration. Non-credit card deposits/payments must be received within ten days of receipt of this form. Your spot is not guaranteed until fully paid. All remaining retreat/extended rental fees are due 14 days prior to you arrival. If not received, MIM will reassign your room and workspace at our discretion. Once your registration has been received and confirmed, I'll contact you to verify the reservation and request credit card or other payment information. Enter coupon, discount code or gift certificate number (include commas if more than one): Are you a home-based crafting consultant? If so, indicate Company and your website URL: Refund and Cancellation Policy: B&B reservations must be cancelled before 6 PM on the day you are due to arrive. If you must cancel your retreat/rental registration more than 4 days before your visit, we will refund your fees, minus the initial deposit. Should you cancel within 4 days of the retreat/rental, no refund will be issued due to expenses we will have incurred in preparation for your visit. Cancellations for special events must be made prior to the deadline date for that event in order to receive a full refund. Otherwise, a refund will only be provided if your space is filled by another guest. There will be absolutely no refunds for no-shows. Memories in the Making reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances and is not responsible for any associated costs (such as travel) incurred by registrants. In the case of such a cancellation, MIM will provide full refunds promptly. I hereby release Memories in the Making, its sponsors, offices, agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs and expenses of any kind which arise out of or result from my attendance at a Memories in the Making event, whether or not foreseeable, including without limitation, personal injuries to me or my invitees. I acknowledge that event photographs which include me may be used for publicity. I give my consent for the use of these photos and/or related comments I submit in future Memories in the Making promotional materials.
